SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms

  • All prices listed already include shipping costs using JNE OKE (Jabodetabek) or Thunder Postal Service (areas outside Jabodetabek).
  • If customers want a faster delivery service, please select premium shipping option which additional cost will be calculated automatically by the system.
  • Delivery of goods is only done through courier services provided by Pure and Simple (we never accept custom courier service upon customer request).
  • Shipping is done with the following courier service:
    • JNE (PT. Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir)
      • Shipping schedule:
        • Monday – Friday at 19:00 pm
        • Saturday at 15:00 pm
      • We will try to ship your orders on the same day if payments are made before the shipping schedule and the stocks are available.
      • In case it’s too late to ship, orders are shipped ​​no later than 1 business day after payment. Except for orders with pre-order status.
    • PT. Pos Indonesia
      • Delivery schedule:
        • Monday – Friday at 17:00 pm
        • Saturday at 13:00 pm
      • We will try to ship your orders on the same day if payments are made before the shipping schedule and the stocks are available.
      • In case it’s too late to ship, orders are shipped ​​no later than 2 business days after payment. Except for orders with pre-order status.
    • No shipping schedule on Sundays or Public Holidays
  • Delivery can only be processed if the customer has made ​​payment and the payment has been confirmed in our account.
  • For faster process please make Payment Confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, BlackBerry Messenger, or e-mail.

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Our responsibility is limited to delivering your package to the courier office and informing delivery receipt number to you.
  • Delays in shipping time by courier services is outside of our responsibility.
  • Package delivery errors caused by obscure address is outside of our responsibility.

Please fill in your shipping address completely and clearly, because we will write the shipping address in accordance with the data filled into the system.

  • If there is damage to the goods when the goods are received, it is the customer’s responsibility to make a claim to the courier service.

By law, we can only help monitor the process and perform escalation after you file a damages claim documents to the courier service.

  • However if there is loss of shipment or the shipment is undelivered for more than one week from the date of delivery, Pure and Simple will make the claim for you with the shipping receipt as a valid legal proof upon shipment of goods.

Note:

  1. For your information, the maximum reimbursement for goods damaged or lost is equal to 10 times of the shipping charge.
  2. If you want a reimbursement equal to the value of the goods, we recommend that you use the insurance option that we provide.
